Word Tumble ("the App") is developed by Cosmic Calamity ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information. By using Word Tumble, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Word Tumble does not require account creation and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or physical address. The App does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, as described below.
The App displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data — including your advertising identifier (Advertising ID), IP address, device information, and ad interaction data — to serve ads, including personalized ads where permitted by your consent choices. For users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, the App requests consent for personalized advertising and data use via a consent dialog before ads are shown, in accordance with Google's EU User Consent Policy and applicable law (including GDPR).

The App offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs and an ad-removal purchase) processed entirely through Google Play Billing. Payment information is handled by Google and is never collected or stored by us. Purchase records are managed by your Google Play account.
Word Tumble stores gameplay progress, settings, and purchase status locally on your device (using standard Android app storage). This data is not transmitted to us and is cleared if you uninstall the App or clear its storage.
Word Tumble is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the App is configured to indicate a user is under the age of consent, ad requests are made without personalization, in accordance with Google's policies.
If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent dialog when you first open the App, allowing you to choose whether to allow personalized advertising. You can typically manage or reset ad personalization settings through your device's system settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, on most Android devices).
We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Any data processed by AdMob or Google Play Billing is retained according to Google's own data retention practices, described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
